What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use UPS/USPS carriers. We will use the most cost effective option per selected shipping request.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are SSL-encrypted & PCL-compliant.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we do not currently ship internationally. FrogKnot ships to the United States (lower 48 + Alaska and Hawaii) FrogKnot charges shipping rate selected at checkout on orders up to $49.99 for the Lower 48, and shipping is FREE for orders over $50.00. We also offer additional expedited options. Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, addresses are subject to unique shipping rates based on order amount and ship-to address. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Estimated shipment transit times begin when an order is picked-up. Please allow up to 72 hours processing time prior to shipment.

Where are your products made?

All our products are made right here in the USA. We strive to source as many ingredients from USA as well but there are times that is just not possible. We also are very picky who we source from as well from ethically sourced, to fair wages.

Do you test on animals?

We do not test on animals, we have no intentions of ever starting that practice and all our suppliers we vet to make sure they do not as well. This is something we feel strongly about.

Why was I charged Sales Tax?

FrogKnot charges sales tax in various states whenever required by state law. If you were charged sales tax, it's because we are required to charge sales tax in your state.

Are Returns accepted?

FrogKnot does not accept product returns. The customer support team will gladly help navigate any concerns of damaged or defective products. If a product falls into this category please contact support@frogknot.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll find a resolution. No exchanges will be given on any surplus sale or free products. If you purchased your product(s) from another website or retail location, please contact that retailer directly to inquire about its return policy. Our Customer Support team is unable to provide support for product purchased in-store or on any third-party website.
